Desiree Lai
Growing up, music has always been Desiree's first love. In 2006, Desiree kickstarted her radio career as the winner of the 987 Control DJ Championships. A self-confessed music junkie and cat mum, Desiree hopes to use her voice to put people at ease and share her love for music.
Radio DJ and Personality
An experienced radio DJ, producer and media personality, Desiree worked on air with 987, ONE FM and Kiss92. Now, you can catch Desiree on Kiss92 – Saturdays and Sundays, 6pm to midnight.
She was also the Senior Music Director and Assistant Programming Director for Kiss92. Her curious personality and ability led her to take on many hats and play a more active role in shaping Kiss92.
Voice-over artist
With a strong talent for voice-over work, Desiree has voiced thousands of radio & TV commercials, audio guides, corporate videos. You can catch her soothing voice in big brands such as McDonalds, SKII and… if you buy groceries, you might notice she's the voice for Cold Storage's check-out machines.
Emcee & Event Host
Desire is an experienced emcee and event host. From award ceremonies, product launches, fashion event, road shows, seminars to Dinner & Dance, she is versatile and capable to handle any event with poise and professionalism. She's fluent in English and conversational Mandarin.
Social Media
With years of media experience and a marketing background, Desiree is a social media personality who has worked for brand names such as Shiseido, Samsung, Atome, HUGO Boss, Sony, DBS and Singapore Airlines.
